This involves a brief stop by the office so we can create a set of custom plastic trays. We then send these home with you, accompanied with a few plastic syringes containing a powerful bleaching gel. At home, you just add the gel to the trays and wear them for a set amount of time, which could be as little as an hour or possibly overnight. You repeat this for about a week to ten days, and your smile could be up to eight shades brighter! You then keep the remaining gel and trays for any touch-ups down the road.
Masking Stains with Bonding and/or Veneers
Some may have intrinsic teeth stains, also known as permanent discoloration, which is more difficult to remove with teeth whitening. But we can still brighten your smile! For example, we can apply bonding to the surfaces of the teeth to cover teeth stains, the same material we use in our lifelike fillings.
